"Doggie Style" finally brings to the forefront one of the best-kept secrets of the cruising world: the dog. I'm sorry, cat people, but dog owners have the upper hand here. They can take their beloved pooches out and cruise until the poor doggie's paws are ready to fall off. In that time, any number of hot men can pretend to admire the dog while nabbing the phone number of its owner. Well, why not go a step further and see what happens next? Thankfully, it's great sex, phenomenal sex, and the pun title isn't an exaggeration. Do you ever hear anyone fucking his man "kitty-style"?
Lovers Shane Collins and Derek Cruz wake up early one morning (to the sound of barking dogs), and though Shane wants to fool around, Derek wants to go back to sleep. So, luscious bru Shane, with a perfect muscular body and a tight butt, true leading man material, goes to take a shower. Derek sends Shane off to the dry cleaner where Shane sees a cute abandoned dog looking for a! home. The pup is sick, so he calls Derek to find the address for the nearest animal hospital, which may make him late for his super important meeting. Vet Travis Carl proclaims the dog, which Shane instantly names Boner, "a mess" because of all his problems. The day gets worse when Shane arrives late for his meeting and is unceremoniously fired by a note left in the conference room.
Well, that's only the half of it. Derek, a petite opulently-muscled stud, answers his phone, and it's Anthony Martinez calling from the other side of the door, just dying to get inside. It's still presumably morning, but lanky Anthony and Derek help themselves to drinks and then to each other. Derek and his succulent lips are catnip (there, now cat people can be happy) to Anthony, who kisses them generously and then goes down on Derek with a fervent blowjob. It's a very hearty deep-throat, coupled with an ace hand and energy that sees Anthony bopping all over the place. Derek has! less success with a face-fuck from Anthony, because Anthony i! s so unfairly hung! He does the best he possibly can and it's an eager sucking. A 69 is notably tempting, because Derek is on top where his ideally rounded butt can show itself off while Anthony sucks just below it. Naturally, Anthony's tongue ends up between the cheeks and gives the hairy hole a rimjob just in line with his ecstatic sucking. Derek is the topman, his chest all puffed out as he skewers Anthony missionary first (you expected the other position, didn't you?). Derek has now hit his stride and he fucks with flair. But Anthony roars back into control with a very peppy bounce on Derek's dick. But of course, they save doggy-style for last. Here, Derek gyrates his fuck heatedly and slams so that his balls smack against Anthony's ass. Anthony cums being fucked and then Derek sprays nicely on Anthony's shoulder.
Shane, having caught Derek in afterglow with Anthony, confronts his cheating lover with, get this, pictures of lube bottles, showing the amazing amount t! hat disappears over a few days time. "You've been running a sex hotel," Shane says. Shane kicks Derek to the curb, calling Derek an " slut" after being called a "monogamous dinosaur" by the leaving lover. Not to worry, because Shane has a new man in his life, the pooch Boner.
Shane takes the dog for a walk and bumps into Brett Mathews, also walking his dog. They agree to walk them together. See? See? I told you! They depart their trek with plans for a meet-up later that night. Their date is delightful, with both guys giving very good acting performances. Romantic Shane lists what he wants out of life and he and Brett share a passionate kiss after dinner, but Shane is still too scarred to move quickly. Shane confides his crush on this guy to Boner. "Who knows? Maybe he could be the one."
The next day, Shane is walking the dog and finds Brett's dog tied to a tree, with Brett nowhere in sight! Until Shane finds him, that is, an! d the sight is and isn't pretty. It's not pretty to the plot, but it's ! a winner for the viewer. Brett is giving blond twink Christian Owen a massive blowjob. This is dedicated sucking at its finest. Face-fucked or free to gobble, Brett sucks voraciously. When he takes off his shirt to reveal his mouthwatering lanky body, Christian gets to suck him. This reverse blowjob is grand as well, and viewers Ricky and Taylor Eastwood aren't shy, pulling out their cocks to stroke as they watch. Brett's long thin cock slips so easily down Christian's mouth. He's also very good with just plain licking. Brett seems thrilled to be watched by Taylor and Ricky, especially when he turns around and Christian rims him. The camerawork here is perfect, placed right at Christian's chin as he slurps around Brett's butthole. It's frisky and probing. Even more probing is Christian's cock, which is next up Brett's butt as Brett is bent over the park bench. His long frame isn't a problem for Christian, who stands up high so he can plow away at lucky Brett. The fuck has t! he immediacy of a quick outdoor tumble, so it's all power-fucking by Christian. Brett really puts on a show for his viewers when he rides Christian, his chiseled abs just amazingly tight as he bounds up and down the full length of the cock. When he rides Christian the other way, Ricky and Taylor can't help but cum and rush off. Christian and Brett recline on the bench to cum, and it's just after being done that Brett notices Shane, who dashes off.
Shane is upset at what he's seen, but Brett tries to explain. He sticks to his guns about honesty, which he promised Shane earlier. "If I have sex with a dozen other guys, it doesn't change the way I feel about you," he says, and makes it sound believable. Shane isn't convinced and trots off with Boner (the dog, and probably one in his pants from what he's just watched).
Back at the vet, Dr. Travis gives Boner a clean bill of health. Bursting out of his white lab coat, the big-lipped blond invites Shane on a da! te to the opera. Awww! I know, the opera in L.A. isn't exactly the roma! nce of La Scala, but it is kind of sweet. Travis then gives Shane a "will-you-date-me ring." Travis expresses the sentiment Shane wants to hear, that of monogamy and fidelity. So, Shane gives in when Travis kisses him. Travis has a plainly awesome body, as tight as can be, and the pairing of him and Shane is heavenly to watch. There's a nice air of romance about this scene, which isn't rushed as the guys nuzzle around each other's mouths and chests. Eventually, Travis does go down on Shane's spectacularly huge dick. Travis doesn't attempt to gobble it down, instead giving it a soft warm blowjob. It's all handled so delicately, as if these two don't want to break each other. While Travis is doting on Shane, the latter is at his most Matt Damon-esque, loving every second of it. They reverse and Shane gets to play with Travis' cock, also handled with this quiet care mood. Shane reserves his best work for Travis' balls. There is then an interlude which nails the scene! happily to a worshipful stance, where the two guys stand in front of a hot tub in front of a fire (yeah, I know) and touch each other. They just relish each other's beautiful bodies for a while, and there aren't two bodies that deserve it better. Eventually, they get around to the fucking, with Shane looking so damn hot as he goes at Travis. Again, the feel of this scene isn't about technical perfection, but rather creating a mood, and the fuck follows. Yes, Shane purses his lips and looks like he's on a mission, but the fuck stays simple, just the gracious grindings of its strong top into the stellar open ass of the bottom. What's actually amazing is that Shane fits all the way into Travis. In both doggy and missionary, he's in as deep as he can go, and that's no minor aplishment. Through it all, the camera whirls around the two, always conscious of their sheer glory as ideal men. They sit together to cum, first Shane and then Travis.
The relationship continues, but ! by the next time we see them, the bloom of love is gone. Travis is jeal! ous. "He was fucking you with his eyes," Travis says of a business contact they saw while out. Shane gives Travis back the ring and leaves. "I'm giving up on men, Boner," he tells his dog. That's a series of words you won't hear very often.
So, it's back to dog-walking, just man and his best friend. As he observes Boner with all the other dogs, life bes clear to him. That's the power of the pooch. Dogs are such simple forgiving animals, and Shane suddenly realizes what he must do. He goes to Brett. He rhapsodizes over the Zen of doggie ownership and decides simply having fun with Brett, like Boner does with all of the other dogs, isn't so bad.
This means they finally get their sex scene! Shane is undressed first, to his drool-worthy torso, but the first contact is Shane licking Brett's clipped hairy chest, another few feet of ideal manhood. They kiss sweetly and then Shane gets to work on Brett's dick. Shane works harder than he did in the last! scene, because this one has a different mood. It's romantic, to be sure, but remember, Shane is also in this for the fun. No matter his style, he's so handsome that it only adds to it to have a dick in his mouth. After a kissing hand-off, Brett gets his opportunity. The ultimate pro, Brett handles lots of dick here. He's an excellent match for Shane's imposing dick, giving it a spry blowjob and opening very wide to get all the way to the bottom. Watching him deep-throat Shane's monster is an instant highlight. Because he's so good at it, Brett is given loads of sucking time to gulp and gulp tirelessly. When Shane makes a return trip to his knees, he also starts feeling around Brett's fuckable ass. Soon his massive member is inside it, with Brett backing up even as Shane thrusts at him with nasty intent. With excitable Brett as his bottom, Shane is wrapped up in the heat and gives Brett a fantastic fuck. Now he looks mean and means it! The insertion shot when they switch to! Brett on his back shows how accepting Brett is of big cock. Shane just! slams that thing in there and then proceeds to shower Brett, bent on his head, with a volley of swirling thrusts. Riding is a Brett Mathews specialty, and he does it with a raging hardon. All the way to the base, he plows himself down on the cock, but it doesn't take him long to cum, with Shane still inside him. They make out as Shane finishes himself off.
The movie ends with Brett and Shane hand in hand, running their dogs. Life doesn't get more adorable than that, does it?
It's my assumption that no porn stars were injured in the making of "Doggie Style." That disclaimer probably belongs somewhere buried in the credits. Granted, a few of them may have been sore the next day. A good sore. A prideful sore. Director Andrew Rosen has once again married plot and sex into a blissfulbination, with an absolutely adorable and fresh story to introduce the equally engaging and magnificently hot sex. It's a light fluffy confection of a movie that had me cooing fo! r cuteness even when the dog wasn't around.
DVD features: Chapters; gallery; trailers ("American Porn Star," Jackhammer, "" The Hole, "" Shameless Pleasure "and" Cue and Balls "); additional scene (" Freak "from" Jet Set Direct: Take One "); music video (from" Wet Palms "); and no regional coding (playable worldwide).
